Ergotekniikka Oy Tuolitalo (Business ID 0658698-9) sells products to private persons within Finland and the EU. All prices shown include VAT. We reserve the right to price and delivery cost changes.
Placing an order
You can order products in the web store by placing products in the shopping basket and paying for them in the web store’s checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information given when placing the order is not used for anything else but delivery of the order and for resolving issues with the order. When ordering from our web store you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed yourself to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.
Paying for your order
Payment Service Provider:
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To be able to receive order and payment confirmation emails you are required to fill in your email address when placing an order.
Delivery and costs
Toimitukset Suomeen:
Delivery of complete BodyRest and BodyRest Pro work stations to addresses in Finland is by Posti Home Parcel.
The delivery time is 1-3 business days. The shipment will be delivered to the address indicated on the address label on business days between 9-21.
Orders received on business days before 2PM are primarily dispatched from the warehouse on the same day. Posti Home Parcel deliveries can be scheduled and tracked through a link or the OmaPosti app.
Delivery as a carbon-neutral Posti Green shipment.
Delivery costs to Finland are included in the product price.
Shipments can be tracked with the shipment ID provided after ordering.
Deliveries to EU countries (excluding Baltic states):
Deliveries of BodyRest and BodyRest Pro work stations to EU countries (excluding Baltic states) are by Posti Parcel Connect.
Parcel Connect delivers direct to home of nearest post office according to local custom. Undelivered parcels are stored for 14 days, after which they will be returned to sender.
The delivery time to EU countries is 2 to 8 days.
Delivery time
Items in stock are sent within 1 to 3 days of successful order. Items not stocked are delivered within 3 to 5 weeks, unless otherwise stated on on the product pages.
We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery. We will notify our customers of any exceptions in delivery times on the product pages of our web store.
Terms for product exchanges and returns
You have a legal right according to the consumer protection law of Finland to exchange products or return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing.
When returning an order, please attach your customer number / name and contact information as well as your bank account number for money refunds.

Problem situations
In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms and conditions within 14 days. If the order has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the carrier company immediately.
